These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the xbaji platform and all services operated under it. By accessing this site, registering an account, or using any gaming service, you are accepting these Terms. These terms have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To open an account on xbaji and use any betting or gaming service, you must be at least 21 years of age. xbaji may request a National ID card or valid identity document at any time to verify age. Accounts belonging to ineligible individuals may be closed at any time.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person or household, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate. xbaji reserves the right to close an account and withhold any funds held in it if false or incorrect information is provided. The same applies in cases of failure to submit required documents during identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify xbaji support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

xbaji currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposited funds must come from personal and legitimate sources.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Funds are generally paid out within 1 hour of a successful request.

3.3 Verification Process

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. If a bonus amount is active on the account, withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirements for that bonus are met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means ৳15,000 must be wagered on a ৳1,500 bonus before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games on the xbaji platform.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• More than one bonus offer cannot be active at the same time.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected (for example, wagering on opposing sides), the bonus may be cancelled.
• Full wagering must be completed before bonus earnings can be converted to real cash.

4.3 Right to Modify Promotions

xbaji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer. If the terms of an ongoing offer change, a notice will be posted on the site.

5.1 VIP Tiers

xbaji's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

A cashback rate applies to weekly net losses at each VIP tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, Diamond — up to 1.0%. For example, a Gold tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive up to ৳120 in cashback (৳20,000 × 0.6%).

5.3 Cashback Payment Terms

Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings) and applied at the specified rate. The timing and method of cashback payment are determined by xbaji and may be changed as needed.

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed on the xbaji platform must be made from a valid account balance. xbaji reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly accepted due to a technical error or system disruption. Once the outcome of a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed.

6.2 Winnings Limits

xbaji may set a maximum limit on winnings from a single bet or over a specified period. These limits may differ by game and bet type and may change without prior notice.

6.3 Cheating and Dishonest Conduct

Any form of cheating, exploiting software errors, account hacking, or attempting to gain an advantage through dishonest means is prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed and any associated winnings will be voided.

6.4 Technical Issues

xbaji is not liable for interruptions to a game or bet caused by loss of internet connection or device problems. In the event of a server or technical error, xbaji will make decisions based on the most recent reliable data available.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaji platform:

• Conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets or operate games.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account to a third party.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting unauthorised access to xbaji's systems or carrying out a cyberattack.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, the relevant account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
